My knowledge of the experimental Jashinist Cult that lead to the ritual seal of granting its users through a living sacrifice, “Immortality”. Members of the Cult are capable of taking damage to their bodies and healing from them, such as cuts and broken bones. Although the pain from damage is still felt. After the user obtains blood from their victims, they’ll ingest it taking on a skeletal outline like state all over their body. Then with their own blood form the ritual seal on the ground around themself, granting them the link between themself and the target. While theyre linked the user will inflict damage upon himself cause its target to feel the same, this the state were Jashinist sacrifice their living victims to Lord Jashin aka keep their immortal like abilities.

How long does it take to heal from broken bones like an arm or leg?

Good, and it depends, I'd go with one turn for normal injuries and two for more major stuff, like completely broken arms or legs.

Description: In order to use this jutsu, the user must first create the Jashin insignia, a large 4 meter circle with a triangle on the inside, on the ground with his own blood. The user must remain in the center of the circle throughout the jutsu in order for the Curse to continue to work. After obtaining the opponent's blood in some way, the user ingests the blood and his face becomes black with various white markings that commonly resembles skeleton, a symbol of death. Once the sacrificial ritual has been done, the victim and the user are fatally linked. Any harm that the user takes will be reciprocated on the opponent, ranging from scratches to stabbing themselves through their chest. The only way to break the link is to force the user from within the circle, breaking the link. However, should he get within the seal again, the link will be reestablished.
Note: This jutsu lasts 4 turns and can only be used once every 4 turns.
Note: This jutsu can only be used by Jashinists.

Now this is weird that the technique is Forbidden ranked, but yeah. Analyze it for me. Just what can be done with it, and how you plan to use it.

First i need their blood, then i need to ingest it and for the ritual to work completely i need to form a 4 meter circle around myself with a traingle within the circle. For the link to stay connected i must remain within the circle. By the wording i take it i cant stick a kunai in my own throat and have the opponent suffocate ? Lol but i intend to use it for assassination purposes within the nw(for bounty or hired work), mainly want to utilize the abilities(outside of the ritual) with taijutsu.

You can do that if you have their blood, ingested it and you are standing in the circle. Other than that, good. That's pretty much it.
