Please actually take the time to read this before making any comment.

We all remember what Onoki said about uniting the shinobi world right?

That got me thinking, so I took a look at the Naruto World Map and I ask myself, how can that possibly be achieved?

But then it just came to me and I then realized how it could work. The Shinobi Alliance can just come together and a create a new country, one where people from all nations across the shinobi world can come and live in peace and harmony with one another and the government would comprise of five representatives from each of the Five Great Nations.

So this way, the Five Great Nations would still exist in the shinobi world, but with the added addition of a new country thats under their control.

It would be just like how Aang and Zuko from Avatar created the United Republic of Nations. A country where benders and non-benders from all four nations could thrive and live in peace and harmony with one another.

Also the government I mentioned above would be just like the United Republic Council from the Legend of Korra, where four representatives from all four nations would be in charge.

But the question is, where would this new country be created? But I think I would know the perfect place. The Hidden Rain Village.

Think about it. With Konan dead, whose left in charge of the village? In my opinion, Kishi cannot end the series without answering that question. Also, if you really think about it, Konoha has always used the Hidden Rain Village as a battleground for the past shinobi wars and Nagato was a victim of all that. Examples would be like Nagato lost his parents to two Konoha shinobi and how Yahiko sacrificed himself to save Nagato from Hanzo and Danzo, a Konoha shinobi. So because of all of that, Nagato held a major grudge against Konoha until Naruto changed him.

So if the Shinobi alliance decided to make this new country out of the Hidden Rain Village, it would be like Konoha fixing and re-paying all the damaging it has caused to Hidden Rain during the past shinobi wars. Also, it would be like Naruto finally fulfilling Nagato's wish for true peace through this new country being made from the Hidden Rain Village, which in fact was Nagato's home.

What do you guys think?

I agree that the Shinobi world will be united in the end probably under Naruto's rule but the Hidden Rain Villiage part... Maybe.

You need 1 superpower to control everything.

What consists of that superpower is the leader who promotes peace, love and harmony, also justice.

When you have all positive aspects and have the power to maintain order. That is how you achieve absolute peace.

I believe naruto can control the shinobi world. His BM is enough to destroy any village he chooses.

Wayyyy to similar to Legend of Korra. Hope Kishi goes with a more original approach.

One problem I see with this scenery is that the shinobi system would have to fall, because they would be out of jobs :p

Hmm...peace, I don't think there can ever be true peace. greed and power would slowly would slowly crumble foundations like this.

Do you think the Daiymo's would allow people to just strip them of a bit of power.
Do you think the Kages would just vanquish their position when for some people it's a life long dream to become a Kage.

Ultimately a lot of people will lose power and wealth with what you have suggested and some people may even despise the idea due to thoughts of hatred and revenge.

I believe there can never really be true peace it sounds harsh but ultimately it's the real truth...

Its a kids manga, super plot no jutsu activated. Just hope Kishi explains it and makes it seem at least partially realistic.

Or you know the simpler route. Kill everyone else. But to each his own you know I'm open to other ideas.

There is no such thing as absolute peace, only relative peace. The way you describe peace is to have segregation of classes and a dominant figure with dictatorial powers. Both of those aspects would undeniably create mayhem. Subjugation under 1 rule? 1 ideology? That's what Madara wants: peace through fear.

Peace obtained through fear is but an illusion. An illusion, no matter how real, is still an illusion.

This sounds like the FF I'm working on :). As soon as Onoki said that it basically confirmed for me that this was the direction the whole "Child of Prophecy" thing was going in. What I still don't understand is exactly how they'd do it. I thought maybe Naruto would become some sort of super kage, who perhaps leads the other kage and keeps the peace between them. Then you have the issue of the diamyo, who are the true leaders of the Five Great Nations, although from what we've seen, they seem like big pushovers compared to the kages.

I can see them keeping the United Shinobi around, and maybe have Naruto be in charge of them (but then Naruto wouldn't really be the Hokage, would he?) There are other jobs for shinobi besides war, like tracking down dangerous criminals.

Plus, about half of the shinobi forces in the war already died, didn't they? With fewer shinobi, there's good reason for the villages to join together. Especially if another powerful enemy comes along, like a nation we have yet to see.

I'm referring peace towards an imaginary world known as the manga Naruto.

Peace in reality is a complete different aspect.

Nice effort though.

I actually like your theory. It does kind of make sense, plus I hope something like that happens. But it isn't as simple as it seems, it could happen but it would take some time. I wish peace was as easy to maintain as it is in Naruto.
