Kakashi use his headband to cover the sharingan left eye. If and when he need to use the sharingan eye, he had to moved the headband up, that may be possible that it came loose. Do you need to tighten the headband when fighting. This may cause a fatal mistake...

Um....It could be that Zetsu transformed into Obito and was able to recall Obito's own memories. And since the last time Obito say Kakashi, Kakashi had the cut on his left eye and mask. So Zetsu just used that image from Obito's memory and made a clone with that? Lol idk, just wanted to throw out a guess haha

Look here smart one, put your facts straight before you write on this. How do you expect obito and kakashi to awaken the mangeko sharingan if it was zetzus clue being kakashi? Zetzu cannot make a real sharingan to make work with obito's. They awaken the MS once they felt the pain for losing someone close to them(Rin). Plus Kakashi cried and Obito did not see him cry, it only showed him cry which means if it was zetzus clone he would had wanted to make kakashi look more bad(which crying doesnt portrait that) to get obito more mad.

Kakashi is missing his dad's sword aswell. I think people are reading more into the situation more than needed. I think it was just an intense battle for only Rin and Kakashi to handle. Since he lost his headband and sword.

As for why Rin is dead. The Bloody Mist ninja kept on saying 'The Enemy' about Kakashi. So maybe she was a spy for bloody mist, or under control, or even maybe a rare bloody line we dont know of.

There are many reasons Kakashi could have done this but it more than likely was at her request, possibly to awaken MS to win the fight because they would have both died and she was already so down because of Obito dying, she couldn't take it. Theres alot of self-sacrifice in this series. Kakashi doesn't kill any friends up until this point.

I'm glad I read this post. Sometimes I forget its a waste of time trying to debate in certain threads. This chapter made it clear that Kakashi isn't a clone. There are a lot of huge reasons too. If Kakashi was a clone then how could Obito see through the eye he gave Kakashi? Also how could Obito unlock the MS for a clone as well? What sense does that even make?

Fail post. Go to Naruto wiki and search Zetsu. Then click substitute technique.

Substitute Technique:
This technique allows White Zetsu to create an exact copy of anyone, simply by touching them. The clone used for the technique becomes a perfect duplicate, even possessing chakra identical to that of the one they are impersonating. FAILED. kakashi is one the brightest shinobi's in history. in saying this, kakashi would have known the most crucial of evidence to win the war by knowing what the zetsu's can do because of the only way a zetsu can mimic a persons chakra. and also copying a persons chakra has nothing to do with the persons elemental affinity, so the kakashi you see is definitely not a zetsu clone. there could be a number of reasons why kakashi never had his headband on, like how naruto lost his trying to escape the clouds village secret turtle island.
