You are forgetting after Minato rescued Kakashi and Rin... they returned to the leaf village. Kakashi
should have been given a new headband since returning home. So how come in chapter 604 on the last page he doesn't have
a headband?

maybe hes a zetsu clone , maybe danzo made him kill her like he made sai kill his brother, maybe madara is controlling him maybe he was trapped in genjutsu, maybe the secret mist style jutsu caused him to misfire his chidori hitting rin, or maybe its none of these. who knows only kishi.

its Kakashi, just because he isn't wearing his headband doesn't mean he is a Zetsu...
