amazing theory but... both naruto and sasuke together will make it! both destroys the tree, both kills madara with a doubled jutsu, example: senpou jiton rasengan and dark chidori on each sides, or ameterasu rasenshuriken(but with stronger jutsus!)

Naruto still has the Bijuu and is connected to the Juubi just like Sauske.
So in the end, in my opinion, Naruto = Sauske.

Naruto v Sasuke final battle. Sasuke wants to change the world whether people like him or not. He will cast the infinite Tsukuyomi. Naruto will be the only one immune due to all of the tailed beasts in him so it will be a one on one and either they both die or Naruto kills Sasuke and becomes hokage. ''It's not that the one who becomes hokage will be acknowledged by everyone; The one who is acknowledged by everyone becomes hokage.

Sasuke was given Kaguya and by extension the Juubi's eye, to thwart Infinite Tsukuyomi. A possibility? No, it's a certainty.
My only problems:
- Sasuke doesn't have Itachi's eyes. It's a fusion of his and Itachi's MS. A Mask with four Sharingans - metaphors for 4 MSs - was shown during Itachi's anecdotes, before Sasuke and Itachi fight.
- I don't think Sasuke needs redemption. It's Konoha who needs to redeem itself by bringing the Elders to Justice.
My only problems:

I think the '9' represents the Devil or the Juubi because if you flip a '9' it becomes a '6'. So, the '9' might be referencing to the destroyer of the world.

1). The tomoe Sharingan was referred to their Eien Mangekyou Sharingan [
2). Sasuke cannot break the infinite Tsukuyomi, due to the technique being on planetary scale, and Sasuke's chakra levels are not comparable to that. He might break the Genjutsu casted on him, but certainly not the whole.

Yeah, that definitely seems possible! Buts lets not count out Kaguya, the fact the Sage of 6 paths was able to come back to the current time to communicate with Naruto and Sasuke means that Kaguya could easily do the same, if not more considering she is more powerful then the sage. When the tree told Madara to absorb it, the voice manipulating it could have possibly been Kaguya. By Madara's plan succeeding, I don't think Madara understands how powerful Kaguya actually is, and by giving the tree the power it needs, it could potentially backfire on him, and Kaguya may use his body as a host to reincarnate herself. It would be to predictable if Naruto and Sasuke played the main role in defeating Madara, the war ends and they live happily ever after. This is of-course ignoring Orochimaru's existence, cause he also definitely has something up his sleeve.
