Neji Hyuga in sig.

Neji walks into the battlefield and sees Lelouch. He passively activates his Byakugan. Neji sends his chakra into the air to create a portal above Lelouch. The portal allows him to summon a large mass of thick, sticky mud that falls on Lelouch and binds him in place. Neji then performs the four handseals Monkey, Bird, Dog and Ram and creates fire chakra inside his body. He expels the chakra from his body, releasing it outwards. The fire are lauched at Neji's opponent in a spiraling manner, incinerating his body with a tornado of flames. Because of the sticky mud binding him, Lelouch would find it hard to defend. Neji finishes his attack by using his chakra to create a field of water underneath his opponent. He focuses lightning chakra into it. The lightning is conducted through the water, and spreads throughout Lelouch's body, electrocuting him.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye [Passively]

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

Description: The user creates an opening within the sky, which drips down onto the opponent a large amount of mud, covering them. It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.

Lelouch observes a man walking near him.The man then stopped Lelouch watched as the mans eyes changed.He knew what was happening very well.He also sent his chakra into his eyes and in a moment his eyes turned crimson and two extra pupils grew out of the original one.Lelouch was looking at the man when suddenly a shadow formed around him,he looked up and saw mud falling at him,wasting no time he focused chakra into his hand which he then thrusted towards the ground.When his hand hit the ground,Lelouch released the chakra from it and whirlwind blasted him backwards into long range from his opponent before the mud could fall onto him.
So,yet another battle.Lets see what this opponent can do. thought Lelouch as he was flying,still paying attention to what was happening in front of him.
As Lelouch landed,he performed the cross hand seal while imagining himself to every detail.Soon two exact replicas of Lelouch poofed into existance beside him.On the left there was Andrej and on the right it was Isi.While the clones poofed,Lelouch took out a kunai and infused it with wind chakra.He then flung the kunai directly at his opponent.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

After seeing Lelouch create two clones and fling a kunai at him, Neji performs one handseal and builds up an enormous amount of fire chakra inside his body, and releases it form his mouth while using shape transformation to shape it into three huge fireballs shaped like dragons' heads. The fireballs fly towards Lelouch and his clones, easily knocking the kunai away form Neji. The fireballs collide into Neji's three targets, burning Lelouch's body and dispersing the clones. This also creates a large explosion of fire. After Lelouch has been blasted onto the floor by Neji's attack, Neji sprints towards Lelouch, stopping mid range form him. Neji uses his earth chakra to condense the soil and rock in the ground to make four large spikes erupt from the ground under Lelouch. The four spikes each rise from four separate directions (one from the left, one from the right, one from behind, and one from in front of him). The spikes pierce through his body, causing him great pain.

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

After seeing the large waves heading towards him, Neji performs the horse handseal and gathers an enormous amount of fire chakra in his body. He exhales it as a large blast of fire that collides with the waves and evaporates it into a large cloud of steam. Neji runs through the cloud and continues on towards Lelouch. Neji sprints towards Lelouch, stopping mid range form him. Neji uses his Raiton chakra to create two whips on each of his palms which he would then swing simultaneously to his left and right. He whips them around when they reach Lelouch's location, shocking him and dispersing his clones. After doing this, Neji uses his earth chakra to turn the ground beneath his feet into fine sand, allowing him to dig through the earth. Neji then digs into the ground until he is five meters under Lelouch's feet.

While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.

As the water is evaporated,Lelouch stands ready with his clones.He observes,with his Sharingan,his opponent exiting the cloud.Soon,his opponent creates whips of lightning and swings them at Lelouch,Andrej and Isi.But Andrej is ready,waving his fingers full of chakra,he creates a,almost invisible blade of wind.He swings the wind sword and with it severs the lightning whips,rendering them useless.As soon as he does that,he jumps towards his opponent still holding the sword.He swings the sword at Neji while still being in the air,in an attempt to cut him.While he is cutting the opponent,Isi pushes his hands forwards and from each of them releases a few fire shoots.As Andrej finishes his swing he quickly pulls to the side,out of the way of the fire shots.The fire shots then hit Neji and explode.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

Using his Byakugan, Neji detects the sharpness of Andrej's jutsu, knowing that it pertains to wind chakra, he realises that there is a blade of wind heading towards him. He can also see that there is a lot of chakra inside the wind blade. He stomps his leg on the ground, creating three large flame pillars that act as a defensive wall in front of him, defending him from the attacks. Neji then bites his thumb, drawing blood. He then performs the Boar -> Dog -> Bird -> Monkey -> Ram hand seals to summon Blaze a large frigatebird. Neji jumps onto Blaze's back and then Blaze flies into the air and flies towards Lelouch and his clones. Blaze imbues his wings with fire chakra. He then rapidly flaps them, firing 40 glowing, flaming feathers (20 from each wing) at Lelouch and his clones, The feathers explode on impact, creating a massive explosion. The explosion disperses Lelouch's shadow clones and leaves Lelouch with sever burn damage

Description: The user after smearing his small amount of blood over his palm (which they used while signing the contract), perform the Boar -> Dog -> Bird -> Monkey -> Ram hand seals to summon Blaze, the boss of all Frigate birds. Blaze is somewhat larger than the hawk summoned by Sasuke in manga, apparently because of his wide wing span and deep, long forked tail. The user can ride on top of him.
Blaze specializes in fire techniques and can use fire jutsus upto A rank. As similar to all frigate birds, he is essentially aerial, has the largest wingspan to body weight ratio of any bird and he can stay aloft for more than a week.
He can build up and store the fire chakra effectively in his large red gular pouch located in his neck thus he can effectively perform the fire jutsus. While not using any jutsu via his mouth, he can carry small objects, scrolls or a person in his red gular pouch.
As he has a long wing span, he can also defect shurikens and kunais thrown at him by creating small gusts of air using his wings, deflecting them.

Description: The frigate bird focuses its fire chakra in both of its wings and forcibly flaps them one time which releases an array of stiff, faint red glowing feathers (20 feathers from each wing) imbued with fire chakra from both the wings like a projectile which spreads out and strikes the target producing an explosion on impact which coalesce to form a massive explosion.
