Actually if you look at the history, you are kinda right.

You all say that no, the juubi won't do that, etc.
But why did the Sage had to separate its body and retain him into the moon? Because he was certain that in one way or another, the juubi would get out somehow.

So it might have some connection with the last events and with the Uchihas.

Being contained into the Sage's body, the hatred was inside there as well, that's why the Uchihas inherited that hatred curse, as Tobi said, and the Senju that peaceful way.

The hatred comes from the Juubi inside the Sage, later passed on the older brother, passed down to Uchihas.
The love coming from the Sage, later passed to the younger son and passed down to the Senjus.

So as the will of fire leads the Senjus, the hatred coming from the Juubi could lead the Uchihas.
It's not that impossible if you look a bit at it.

Compare it to kotoamatsukami.
Someone is under control of this genjutsu (unconsciously following orders).
It would be a similar case with madara.

I already said that Madara & Nagato wanted peace but it would be false peace. But yes it is peace. And if he didn't create GM then who did? The moon is the shell that holds the Juubi but GM is also a container that can hold the 9 tailed beasts. I think it is safe to say that Madara created it but you are right that we don't know.

He didn't create it, he summoned it. IMO It means the moon is empty (the ten-tails (gedo) isn't there)

Juubi is a god. You cant get rid of a god so easily by splitting it up into 9 beasts and the shell into the moon. Even one of the beasts revives itself if the hosts dies.

I can only find 1 little wrong thing about this theory... Which is if The Gedou Mazou could control Obito from the Zetsu body he got implated, why did Madara have to tell Obito everything and why did Obito have and has a free will?
