The juubi still not in final form? "spoilers"

From the latest chapter it doesn't seem that the juubi is in it's final form yet considering it doesn't have all the tomoe in the eyes yet. Also we've seen it evolve now with legs and the ends of the tails are shaped like hands. Madara did say that soon it will be hard to control it, I'm guessing it he meant that it could go wild if it reaches its final form.

I wonder if we'll actually see it in the complete form and if it will rampage. Maybe that will be a twist and how Madara with Obito will then help the alliance to stop it.

no they will not help the alliance they are wanting to kill them why help em, Madara will say good let the Juubi do the hard work

maybe it doesn't have all the tomes cuz he didn't absorbed the hachibi nad kyubi ? but im still wondering why the juubi got an ear ? xD
