Honestly, I'm pretty confused by the awkward story development around the Juubi, the Bijuu and Mugen Tsukuyomi.
First, it was a rather straight story. Akatsuki hunted the Bijuu down, they were sealed in the Mazou, it transformed into the Juubi and Obito became ist Jinchuuriki. So far, so simple.
But things got somewhat convoluted when Obito "released" the Juubi, or a part of it (?), that matured into the God Tree. The thing is, since we STILL have no idea what exactly happened in that part, so we don't know what will happen now either.
The Bijuu were extracted from Obito, but the tree still remains, it just seems to have been "shut down" for now. I only can conclude that since there was no mention of the 15 Minute time to Mugen Tsukuyomi anymore, but other than that, we got no information about it.
Now, it seems that Madara is trying to capture the Bijuu, but what would or will happen then? Does the Mazou turn into the Juubi a second time? BUt we still have the Juubi, or whtaever part of it that is, on the field. Or can Madara just become the Junchuuriki by somehow absorbing the Bijuu, since the Juubi was revived already?
