The Juubi Is Not Complete...YET?

As far as im concern, the current Juubi still lacking natures from 9 tails (kurama) and 8 tails (hachibi). Correct me if im wrong. So, its not completed yet. Right?

It's not complete but it's pretty powerful like that...and I don't think they can defeat it,it has to be sealed...

it did it with its tbb its most powerful move dont make juubi seem stronger than what it is
