Many people are wondering..what is naruto practicing when fukusaku is asleep..what is this jutsu

Well in my state..its not a new skill..maybe he's practising the rasen shuriken without flaws.

What is rasen shuriken

The Wind Release: Rasenshuriken is a variation of the Wind Release: Rasengan, similar to the Great Ball Rasengan being a variation of the standard Rasengan. Naruto used this jutsu to kill Kakuzu of the Akatsuki. By manipulating the wind chakra of the Wind Release: Rasengan, Naruto was able to create four large points, making the Rasengan appear as a giant shuriken, the Rasengan in the center remaining a perfect sphere. Despite the name, because the Rasengan is a hand held jutsu, the Rasenshuriken can not be thrown, a problem that caused Choji to question the jutsu.Instead Naruto has to figure out a way to get close enough to his opponent and hit them. If successful, the victim becomes trapped in a vortex of wind chakra blades that attack the body on a cellular level so many times that Kakashi Hatake is unable to count even with the Sharingan. The wind chakra severs the chakra and nerve channels in the body

Remember when naruto used this to kakuzu..it caused Naruto limited cellular damage and a few broken bones.

The Fifth Hokage has hence decreed the Rasenshuriken as a Kinjutsu, forbidding it as it could cause Naruto unable to mold chakra at all and possibly causing paralysis if important bones or organs would be fractured

Kinjutsu are jutsu that have been banned because of their high chakra usage, damage to the user (from total exhaustion to the possibility of killing them..as you can see in the image that i will show after..naruto turns of sage mode then began his sweating)

Thats all i can say.the best guess is that it’s the Rasen Shuriken and Naruto is practicing in secrecy because Tsunade made him promise not to use it anymore after discovering its bad side effects. One can only imagine how powerful the Rasen Shuriken will be when combined with all the power Naruto can draw in from nature’s energy.

But the Sage Arts is not a perfect weapon, at the end of his secret training we see Naruto suddenly break out is sweat and is short of breath after turning off Senjutsu mode. Even though he is borrowing nature’s energy, he still needs to combine it with his own chakra to mould it and to maintain concentration. Like the Rasen Shuriken, Senjutsu could be a double-edged sword for Naruto, especially since he is known for overexerting himself.

I Forgot To Mention I Think Naruto Really Is Practicing Rasenshuriken..Why?? Rasenshuriken Cannot Be Thrown..Am I Right..The Problem In This Jutsu Is That Despite The Name, Because The Rasengan Is A Hand Held Jutsu, The Rasenshuriken Can Not Be Thrown, A Problem That Caused Choji to Question The Jutsu.Instead Naruto Has To Figure Out A Way To Get Close Enough To His Opponent And Hit Them. Maybe The Poof We Are Showing Is The Rasenshuriken Being Thrown Away.

What is that in the picture where Naruto says, " and I have to make sure no one sees me". also, it looks as if the smoke is coming off the tip of that one mountain or whatever it is. Perhaps he is learning to throw the Rasenganshuriken

Maybe its because he promise to tsunade not to use that jutsu anymore..becasue rasenshuriken has been made kinjutsu..which literally means forbidden..maybe he doesn't want anybody to see him

i think naruto is trying to control kyuubi... if u remember that chapter, we saw him training and there were 2 pics of naruto:

one with necklace in saga mode and in the backround u could see those ?trees?

and one without necklace NOT in saga mode the backround was black and he was exhausted

maybe the one without necklace was the "inner Naruto" supressing/fighting/trying to resit the kyuubi !

But its just a gues !

also, it looks as if the smoke is coming off the tip of that one mountain or whatever it is.

If my gues is right i could be that he "burned" away that tree/mountain with kyubi chakra-arm !!

i don't see a reason for naruto to hide rasenshuriken from fukasaku hence he doesn't know what happens to naruto when using it..
oh and i think they just made a mistake on that picture where naruto doesn't have his necklace on..
+ the reason why he is sweating is because he went out of sennin mode.

supposedly he needs to hide it because rasenshuriken has been made as a kinjutsu..which means forbidden..and he made a promise to tsunade not to use it again..so maybe thats why he is hiding it..just a guess

It's very difficult to tell what it is from that picture. Kishi really didn't draw enough to show any tell tale signs of certain jutsu. All we see is some smoke.

Wait..I Have A New Theory..Maybe What Naruto Is Practicing Is To Summon Gamabunta In Use Of Sage Mode..Who Supports Me In Here..Because He Can Only Summon Gamabunta When Using Kyuubi's Chakra..Maybe Thats Why He Is Saying That He Have To Use This In Sage Mode..Wheter It Is..We Dont Really Know..

I personally think that he is practcing the razen shruiken rasengan but it would be a lot cooler if he was learning to take control of the kyuubi. Sage mode is almost the exact same as demon fox cloak so what is the point?
It would obviously cooler if he could fuse fox chakra and natural chakra together.

Im pretty sure that will happen someday, when he gets the froggy scroll key thing Jiriya sent to him

Taking control of the kyubii would suck, because lets face it, itl go wrong eventually, as someone said, sage mode is a double edged sword, yeah, well kyubii is the epitome of double edged swords, it saved narutos life many times, but it also made him go mental and attack jiraiya nearly killing him, and kakashi, and sakura.

Kyubii is not the way forward for naruto.

Remember people are forgetting the bit a few chapters ago when the sage toad says "nature chakra does the opposite, it heals you" and he said "maybe now i can do it"

Healing, and now he can do it.

Sorry, but thats definitely rasenshuriken because even naruto who cares little how badly he gets hurt was scared when tsunade explained the damage he had done to himself.

Naruto didn't tried to hit something or tried to hit the ground..he was hitting at the air..remember that resenshuriken is a hand held jutsu..if you wanna hit someone you need to be really close..maybe naruto was practicing it on how to throw it like a real shuriken..which is way more destructive if its applied as a long range attack

Also there is a cloud of smoke in the way, the crater could easily be behind it, if it was the kyubii it would be even more than a cloud, when naruto goes 4 tails he changes the landscape around him in rampages.

Not just that but 4 tails (and kyubii in general) is only released in times of severe adrenaline and massive emotion.

1.When jiraiya chucked him to his (would have been) death
2.When orochimaru turned up in the chuunin exams
3.When orochimaru teased him at the bridge.
4.deidaras taunting

I know hes a fast learner in some respects, but going from only drawing out kyubii chakra when amazingly scared or pissed off to very good control OVER NIGHT is just being silly.

He is simply using sage mode to repair the damage he takes from rasenshuriken, hence why he was happy when sage toad said nature chakra heals you.



Remember narutos chakra heals him very fast anyway, he has powerful chakra himself, and rasenshuriken damaged only his arm, kakuzu died.

In theory the blast should have hit both of them-well...it did, kakuzu died, naruto got his arm screwed.

That shows how powerful he heals and his chakra, this is why only naruto can perfect the rasenshuriken, hes the only one with that kind of chakra (maybe kisame too).

yeah that's what me and few other peole have been saying. rasenshuriken isn't perfect because of the damage it does to naruto but he taught himself to throw it he wouldn't take the damage. also, i think the fight with deidara opened narutos eyes to the fact that he needs some kind of ranged attack. if he's not working on throwing rasenshuriken then he's definitely working on some kind of ranged attack. Twisted mentioned how naruto can be a fast learner and i really think he came away from that deidara encounter with some knowledge.

i think the fox chakra heals him too. i know it hurts him when he's sporting the fox cloak but i believe earlier on when his cut healed themselves the chakra used was red.
