So what if the Jubbi's jinchuuriki has all the powers of the all 9 tailed beasts at their disposal
such as Son Goku's(four tails )Lava

How much of a threat Would the Jubbito be to the " Alliance" ?

Totally agree with you. I think Obito would put the 'Moon Eye plan' in affect.
However only Sharingan users Sasuke and if Kakashi survived wont fall into a trance and then Sasuke vs Obito where Sasuke would remove everyone from the illusion. That way people would actually agree in making him Hokage.

I was thinking the same but only Sasuke would break out because we already seen him break out of Itachi's Tsukuyomi with three tome sharingan and now he has EMS
