The jubbi is going to be resurected just bcz tobi got all tailed beasts from 1 to 7 and a tail of the 8 tails when sasuke attacked bee. and bcz of the silver and gold brothers and as we can see how tobi threw the pot of sealing into the statue's mouth. this makes him having all the tailed beasts from 1 to 9 . this should clear all the confusions.

i made this bcz i saw alot of people arguing that the jubbi canot be resurected bcz tobi is missing the 8 tails.
