Upon using a exsisting water source ayas clone weaves 1 handseal forming two dragons ,left & right , usually not a powerful technique but due to ayas water specialty 1 dragon is equivalent to 2 dragons done by a normal water shinobi , her clone then sends the dragons forward going pass the original aya with tremendous power & speed

aya weaves 5 quick handseals while placing her left & right hand into the flowing dragons adding a lightning destructive property to each one, more & more chakra she feeds until she cant anymore. The left dragon comes straight towards you but instead of a head on attack it circles you then quickly squeezes tightning its coils making you get electrocuted from the powerful water lightning combo , Upon being wrapped by the first dragon the second one goes straight up in the air as it comes crashing down right above you with its mouth open ingulfing you with more water & electricity

In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.
