Doflamingo is a large, blond-haired man with peach skin who generally dresses in flamboyant clothes. In reference to his animal theme, the flamingo, his clothes are brightly colored with his feathered coat being distinctively pink. Doflamingo sports a pair of sunglasses with red shades. He also has an odd way of walking, a bow-legged waddle, which is also a reference to his animal theme, a flamingo.
He has a white shirt with red stripes, a green belt, and orange pants with white stripes. He also wears black dress shoes that are somewhat pointed. Doflamingo also carries a pouch strapped to his waist with kunais, shurikens and medical equipment. He has a secret pocket in it where he hides condoms for when he meets women he wants to hook up with.
Personality:
Doflamingo is a very carefree and sarcastic man. He thinks only of himself and could careless of what is going on in the ninja world. He likes causing trouble, using people and turning them against each other because it amuses him. Doflamingo has serious money problems, he loves gambling and he often tricks people into loaning him money then taking of after he gets it. Doflamingo has high confidence in himself and his abilities, often starting fights just for fun, or to stay in shape. Doflamingo has no respect for his elders or superiors, he believes no one is better than him and he bows down to none.
Doflamingo loves parties, women and alchohol. He will never fall in love, but always gets his way with women and they for some reason can't resist his bad boy attitude. Doflamingo sleeps with over seven different women a week. He also love doing illegal underground buisinesses, such as transporting of illegeal weapons to villages.

Katon: Doflamingo has great skills with katon. He is able to use high level katon jutsus with ease. He executes his jutsus with 100 percent power without messing up in the process.
Raiton: Doflamingo has trained hard over the years. Raiton was the first element he mastered and he continues growing his skills in it. He started to make his own raiton jutsus and because of his mastery with it, he can use most jutsus with one handseal. His skills in raiton will someday be known by the entire ninja world.
Dark release- Techniques that can be used to absorb, manipulate, and release chakra taken from the opponent. It seems that techniques of this element are channeled through a mark on the user's left hand. This mark resembles two diamonds, one overlapping the other. Chakra is absorbed through the upper square, while it is released and manipulated through the lower. However there have been other Dark release techniques used in different manners such as releasing pulses of dark chakra. Due to Dark nature it is presumed that Dark release is a mixture of Fire and Lightning Based chakra and possibly follows the Yang nature being fire and lightning and yang is perceived as black energy within the yin-yang symbol.
Background Info.
History: Doflamingo was born in the village hidden in the mist, Kirigakure. He lived there for a few months of his life before his parents decided to leave because the village being in to much chaos. They travelled around a lot and they eneded up in Amegakure as normal residents. Years went by and one day Doflamingos parents was attacked by rogue ninjas. Doflamingo tried his best to protect them, unlocking his Kekkei Genkai dark release. He did not know how to control the ability and it killed both his parents and the rogue ninjas. Doflamingo was tramuartized and later that day, he was visited by a masked man. The masked man decided to take Doflamingo to a woman he knows and works for him; she is a dark release master. Her Name was Sindy, she decided to train Doflamingo. Months of training went by and Doflamingo became much stronger and he mastered the dark release. Doflamingo met a young woman by the name of ~Korra~. She told him he should try to become a shonobi of the rain and he agreed. Doflamingo became a shinobi of the rain and was visited by the mask man again. The man told Doflamingo about the mist and who the real leaders are and what they do. Doflamingo was interested and saw a oppurtunity to gain for himself. He now continues to do dirty work for the fun of it and serve for the mask man because he is getting something great in return. It is quite uncertain what it is....................
