History:
BOrn into this world long long ago, My name has been forgetten through the ages, so you can just call me Joker! Prior to this loving life I live now, I had a wife, and a unborn child. While on a mission for Iwa, I learned that my family had died in an......unfortunate accident. Wanting revenge, I went to the middle of town, asking ninja if they knew anything, but instead I was ignored and denied this information. I then tried to break into the Kage's mansion, but fell into some weird vat, giving me this skin condition I have now hahaha.
After noticing I had snuck that far, I was asked to join an elite group of ninja, the "Blast Corps" if you will. The training was vigorous but worth it, and in the end, I could make thing like you and me go *Boom*!!
Sent on a mission to the leaf village, I ran into a samuri, that dresses like a bat! He cut me down, and beat me, but he couldn't bring himself to kill me. I fell in love then bahahaha. Ever since then its been history,
I left the blast corps, and began following him around, killiing everything I can before he stops me. Gahhhhh I couldn't ask for a better life

Hand To Hand Combat: Due to his multiple encounters with Batman, he Has established a well balanced way of taijutsu, able to endure high amounts of pain with relative ease, always smiling in stressful situations. He has shown in multiple occasions, that he is a very strong willed individual, surving multiple falls from cliffs
Earth Affinity: Due to his proficiency with earth natured chakra, he is able to use earth based jutsu with one seal usually.
Bo Staff: Joker carries around a Bo staff, that he uses to channel his Blast Chakra, in order to explode things. The staff, made of iron, simply transfers the chakra to the point of contact, in the same manner that Joker would with a direct hit.
