So, in the past few chapters, it looks as if Tobirama can teleport with and without Seals
in chapter 641, he teleported with Obito to another location without any seal being shown bottom left:
and in the latest chapter it seems like he telported Minato, Hiruzen and Naruto without seals:
However, if Tobirama doesn't need seals, then there will be no need for him to tag Obito:
So the only logical explanation is that Tobirama had placed a seal to wherever he teleported with Obito, and wherever he teleported with Hiruzen, Minato and Naruto, however off panel. That would also explain why he was willing to use S/T barrier to warp away two bijuu damas
Here he asks Minato if he can handle two, meaning Tobirama was willing to handle two himself:
So here's my point, Tobirama needs seals for Hiraishin (because it wasn't shown doesn't mean it wasn't there, as it's been proven over and over again that seals are needed for FTG!).. Also Tobirama's FTG is not ''immobile'', or at least it's not as ''immobile'' as people try to make it out to be, it's very obvious he can place marks round the battlefield with a clone, which is most likely what he did, seeing as he had no mark on Sasuke, but he was able to teleport to Sasuke position (notice that Sasuke hasn't changed position since, and Tobirama was beside him the whole time). So yeah I bliv that is FTG is mobile, obviously it takes a lot more time to set up with a clone than it is with Kunais, and Minato's is probably faster (which doesn't make sense seeing as FTG is instant, but whatever this thread isn't about Minato).
