This is a strong hint that Sarada doesn't know about her own bloodline limit, or even doubt her own ability for sharingan? It seems like the former option though.

The Sharingan is brought on by your life being in imminent danger or deep emotional turmoil. She's not even in a full-fledged ninja and she's living in a time of peace. so the former has very little chance of having happened prior to this chapter. The latter is possible, but also unlikely unless it involves finding out Karin is her real mother or something stupid like that, and even that shouldn't be enough. It'd make zero sense for Sarada to have a Sharingan right now.

Before the sharingan was restricted with in the clan like Huyga. But now it is under the care of three of the best medic ninja.

True. Sasuke and Sakura might be trying to prevent her knowing of the Sharingan though, in case she might sink her feet into the quicksand too soon and get into hate/drama/etc.
I'm wondering about if Sarada even knows about her own heritage. Her meek reaction could be explained in both ways: she doesn't know her bloodline, or she is not confident of herself. Just a speculation.
