This thread is a little daft. The end arguments are always gonna be...
What are they gonna do about KA?
What about the Sword?
What about Amaterasu?
What about Tsukuyomi?

It's daft, we don't know if there is a way to break out of KA and I don't think we ever will.
I do think though that perfect Jinchuuriki do stand some chance of breaking Tsukuyomi, just my opinion, I have no reason to back that up.

Agree about the First duo , They Might be able to keep Up , But the other two ,
i don't think they will keep up against Kotoamastsukami, shisui's speed, Itachi Tsukuyomi,amaterasu , Or Totsuka No tsurugi , ( totsuka no tsurugi has a high speed and accuracy as they caught 2 strong characters in the middle of their speeches )

That's how the Tsukuyomi Works , the victim get Caught into a world for a period of time in wich he will figure out that it's a genjutsu, But the truth is , This "Period of time" is no more than A split of a sec in the reality , the victim thinks he has Time to break the genjutsu , But in fact he doesn't ,
so in brief , if the victim doesn't have sharingan , he won't get out , if he has , He wont as well but if he's blood related to the user , he has a chance to keep up "sasuke's case"

In my opinion they are strong but not the best team... there is no way Itachi and Shisui could defeat a four man cell:

here is my four man cell of best team:

Naruto: KM, SM, BM and so much more.
Bee: 8 tails mode and lightning and sword master.
Tsunade: Healing and summons
Kabuto: an army of Edo Tensei
