This chapter proved that Tobirama is the one who invented the kagebunshin , edotensei and hiraishin jutsu.
There is an interesting pattern. The next hokge after tobirama is hiruzen who used second's jutus and modified it for shurikens. Hiruzen modifeid it to create the shuriken kagebunshin no jutusu.After hiruzen every one thought that Orochimaru will become hokage and later rejected. Orochimaru too who was considered as fit for hokage modified edo tensei and used it against Hiruzen. The fourth hokage minato improved hiraishin and he also became a kage. Now the future hokage Naruto use second's jutus kagebunshi so easily.

In my thread i have never said he modified kagebunshin. I only said he is using it easily.
