She's fighting someone who cut off her leg. It's currently regenerating.

You guys say she the weakess Sannin but yet she the only one to never die. And your wrong, Hashirama will is too strong to control, especially seeing as how it's Tsunade that he would have to fight. It just wouldn't make sense. And I doubt anyone can control a full powered Hashirama, that's needed to take down Tsunade
