Damn I was sleepy so I didn't comprehend well what you wrote. Ok, now I get it clearly. However nowhere it was stated that Juubi collect natural energy to make up for lacking Bijuu chakra amount. In my view Juubi only collected natural energy to advance towards it's final form.

Still you can have Final form Juubi fresh from get go or You can have Final Form Juubi exhausted (overused it's chakra=lacking some chakra), guess which version is stronger ?

Most likely you are right... but again the bigger capacity also could make attack more potent when you focus all this bigger amount of power on same space as before(attack would be more focused). Even if it doesn't work like that then at least Juubi with Gyuuki and Kurama could have bigger AOE indoubtly.

For me, Adding natural energy -> evolving process until final form
more Bijuu chakra -> Closer to it's(juubi's) full power in any form

TBBFRS is combination both TBB and FRS which multiply each destructive effect. It just like comparing rasengan and FRS. FRS has more destructive effect than normal rasengan.
