Due to naruto only containing the yang part of the kyuubi, i believe that the So6p has sealed some of his own power using uzumaki seals into the yin part of the kyuubi.
Once naruto receives this power once again, it will be a completely different kyuubi, one who is familiar with him already.
However, this is only highly likely due to the seals that Minato used, why was minato and his mother allowed to come to see him using their own life force as a kind of tether to save him in dire need? This is the same concept the SO6P would of thought, due to the Kyuubi being a manifestation of hate, and obviously the hardest to tame.
examples, other jinchurikis instead of gaining a cloak similar to how obito and madara have obtained cloaks, naruto has been given one in place of a tailed beast form, (do not say his manifestation of the kyuubi is one, he only used this to combat other enemys of equal size.
due to this ideal, well in my ideal, the sage of the six paths has used the same seal as exclaimed by the kyuubi once naruto had tamed him (this is the sages). I believe that the yin kyuubi, and minato unknowingly had sealed the true power of the kyuubi. Sure, naruto's stamina was amazing and his charka conrol needed work, well this is due to way way way too much yang energy in his system already due to being uzumaki, naruto in retrospect has little to none yin mastery, the kyuubi's yin is seriously going to make naruto a badass, and not only this, how else would you expect him to fight current Madara?
also, once naruto takes the yin from minato, minato will not be able to guard obito at all, if anything he already can't. However, this is due to kakashi also being there, so in theory kakashi will obtain the other MS of obito's as once minato decides to kill him off, (black zetsu is protecting him) (dual edge sword)
also, yamato is indeed in zetsu due to the ear being shown.
So, naruto will come back with power of the sage of the six paths, with knowledge on how to make sasuke an equal badass, however it is very possible that due to the curse seal orchimaru has placed on zetsu, that he will be taking over his body. (or saving sasuke with it) giving him the much needed senju dna, and also placing the same curse seal sasuke had onto him to make him compatible
