Illegal has a striking appearence.his look is kind of... the word to use would be (slacky) he usualy doesnt care about the way he looks. even though he is usualy wearing the standard suit with a black jacket & striped shirt underneath. he doesnt wear long socks or short socks, he hates them both...He usually wears the socks that just cover up your ankles. he has black hair that isnt exactly combed all of the time. As for his eyes, they are a slight maroon color and his eyes are always halfway closed, as if he were tired. This look usualy causes people to underestimate him.

Illegals personality is what you would call rare...He is the type of person to basicly not care. For example, if he won the lottery he would probably throw the ticket away because it was too much for him to handle. But when it comes to something hilarious, thats a whole different story.

Background Info.
History:
Illegal was born Jan 21st 1989. His father died at the age of 29 in the nine tails incedent, leaving only his mother to raise him. He was considered to be a very naughty boy until the age of 9, when his mother was taken away by a group of ninja from the sound. Leaving him confused and on his own in their tiny house in Konoha. Nobody really payed attention to him causing him to raise havoc to get attention. until the age of 13 when he figured out his mother was found dead in the grounds of the sound, he locked himself in the house for several days in denial, confused and filled with hate, he vowed to become one of the greatest ninja who ever lived. At the age of 17 he was officialy a black op of konoha and did his work for them. he devoloped a smoking habit also, which he's been trying to get rid of.Over the years he made plenty of friends, and enemy's. up until the age of 21 considered a sage already by the advisors of konoha.
