the idea of Kakashi getting second eye ?

I don't understand the relevance of that character to anything.
The only reason he's a little relevant is because of that eye.
I guess kishimoto loves kakashi booty as much as he loves uchia booty.

The difference is: Obito already has Uchiha dna.Uchiha + Senju = Sages Body.I doubt just having Senju would prevent chakra drainage and blindness.

It would be more of a nuisance than a help. A transplanted Sharingan can't be deactivated and needs to be covered to prevent it from draining the user's chakra, having two would recquire Kakashi to live blindfolded when not fighting.
He would be half dead everytime he decided to read Icha Icha.

Without Kakashi, Sasuke wouldn't have anything to rival against Itachi or anyone for that matter. Get rid of Kakashi then Sasuke becomes that more irrelevant.
