Dialogue chapter... which I suck at. :|
“Akatsuki!?” The Raikage yelled and questioned, thoroughly furious, “As if they weren’t enough trouble the first time!”
“What do you mean? Are you saying you didn’t know anything about this?” Riku asked, a little annoyed himself, not at the Raikage, but at the entire situation.
“Boy, the Akatsuki haven’t been seen for about 20 years, a little less. We all thought them done for! Do you seriously mean to tell us that we fought an entire war just to find out they’re back!?”
“20 years!? They’ve been hunting me since I was 5... sir. And they already seemed pretty organized at that point..."
“So in other words, only a while after we beat them, they decided to come back?” he let out puff of air, “I’m getting a bit too old for this...”
They both sat on opposite sides of the Raikage’s desk. Riku’s face was charred from the previous fight, and his leather armor, though still concealed under his cloak, was scratched and ripped in several places. The Raikage’s tower, like most other village headquarters, was the tallest structure in the village, going up in a giant blue tower, the surrounding walls connecting into the mountain, making a secure defense of wall and mountain alike. The Raikage suggested that they should arrive at the Hidden Cloud Village before speaking of such important matters.
Riku had been welcomed with open arms. He and Shinru had visited the Hidden Cloud Village many times before, despite Shinru attempting to keep him a secret. The two were well known throughout the city. Staying for weeks at times and often picking up a few missions in the meanwhile.
The Raikage continued, “So Shinru is...”
“Gone,” Riku said simply, standing in front of him.
The Raikage, doing his best to keep his rising anger under control while being told this, “Well, getting back to the Akatsuki thing. I suppose that would explain why the darned Bijuu statue was never found. Though I wonder who’s running it now...” The Raikage continued, coming to another sudden realization, “Why hadn’t Shinru told us about this?”
“He probably didn’t want to cause an uproar.”
“I suppose, he did always prefer doing things on his own. But still... it seems a bit odd that he’d introduce us to you without telling us about Akatsuki...”
Riku had to nod in agreement, “Anyway... why were you so far away from your village?”
The Raikage let out a puff of air, “Because my brother’s an idiot, that’s why!” he yelled, “Humph... sorry. Anyway, I was searching for Kirabi. He seems to have wandered off somewhere, AGAIN.”
“Ah, well... anyway, Akatuki?”
“Hmm? Oh, yes, yes. So what exactly did Shinru expect me to do for you?”
“He didn’t say... we were kind of... in a rush.”
“Well, all I can do is point you in a general direction. I would guess that you’re looking to find him now, should he still be...” the Raikage paused, reconsidering that statement, “Never mind. The best place for you to go now would be Konoha. I know not of Akatsuki’s true location, nor their true intentions, but the last time they were around, they seemed to have set up in the Fire Country, most likely for their leaders hate against the Senju clan. Not only that, but there’s also the fact that when they last left off, they were missing only two bijuu, the most powerful, the 8th and 9th. So far, I haven’t even heard of Akatsuki for years, so I would hope that Konoha has, or at least knows something of it.”
Riku nodded, seeing the logic in this as Shinru had already told him much about the past Akatsuki, “So Konoha then, thank you sir.”
“Not so fast, you do realize that you have quite a journey ahead of you before you can find protection in The Leaf Village don’t you? I don’t know if you’ve thought about this yet, but you would have died if I hadn’t come, and you can’t keep hoping that someone else is going to pop out of thin air and save you. You have quite some powerful enemies.”
“So can you give me some of your ninja to come with me until I make it there?”
“That would have to be a no. Too many troublesome things have been happening lately, and with this apparent news of Akatsuki and such, we’ll have to be just as careful as you for Kirabi’s sake.”
Riku nodded, and suddenly a thought had come to him, “Shinru couldn’t answer, but I know that you were a big figure in the last war. So would you know why Akatsuki’s going after me?”
The Raikage shook his head is dismay, “That’s another no. You haven’t been paying much attention have you? I’m even more in the dark than you are. What you don’t know, I never got to think of yet. Anyway, back to what I was saying, you need some sort of protection; I’ll need to find someone to help you out, until then, how about taking some missions for us?”
Riku shrugged, able to think of nothing better to do, “Sure, I suppose. Anything interesting?”
“This may be a little too much, considering that he’s probably fighting some S-class missing-nin as we speak, but I want you to search for my knucklehead brother.”
“Ok, so where am I starting?”
“That’s the problem. I can’t even figure the kid out...”

He trudged up the mountain, his eyes narrowed and face hidden by a hood. A blade extended from his sleeve, and instead of scrapping against the ground, it cut cleanly through it, so cleanly as to make no sound at all. One hand was out in plain sight from his other sleeve.
Continuing up the path that seemed to become more and more smooth until he finally reached the height of the mountain, or a large flat piece of land in between two of the mountains near the top, looking at his target. His target was standing in an unusual stance, blades on almost every part of him, between the joints of his legs and arms as well as in his hands. Several combat dummies were in front of him. In a second, he broke out into a flurry of spins, tearing the dummies apart. He watched the swordsman at work for a while truly intrigued by his prowess. The swordsman suddenly disappeared after another attack on a dummy.
Kirabi reappeared in front of the cloaked figure, spinning horizontally with all of his blades attacking his new opponent. The cloaked man responded with a few steps back and a spin to the side, just barely dodging the last blade.
“Impressive,” he said, “Truly marvelous how you managed to spot me. Most people didn’t even know I was here.”
“Don’t tell me this Akatsuki crap is back... hey, that’s not too bad. The crap is back and...” Kirabi went off muttering to himself, scratching his chin to look for more rhymes, “Anyway, you jerks still aren’t done? And who are you?”
“They call me the Copycat, the Ability Theif... et cetera,” the man said, slowly walking towards Kirabi. Suddenly he disappeared, and reappeared behind Kirabi, his free hand now plunged deeply into Kirabi’s back, surrounded by lightning and his head was only slightly behind Kirabi’s ear, “But you may call me Fumio.”
