I'm an Uchiha fan but your wank is unbelievable, you do realize more than half of them were actually fodder right ? A normal Sharingan was considered rare for them to unlock so most of them didn't have dojutsu to begin with. And geniuses like Itachi come once every few decades so again most of them wouldn't know how to fight at a high level.
