you don't seem to understand how retcons work. In order for what you sad to be true, any one of those 700 chapters had to say only 2T Sharingan+ could use those features.

I wouldn't have said it being a retcon if an Indra transmigrant who possessed the purest genes closest to the originator of the sharingan himself had shown such feats. Sadly they haven't.
