Females usually don't have Sharingan. And if she is Sakura's daughter, then I'm pretty sure the Fodder DNA will most likely restrict her. If Salad is Karin's daughter, then I can see her having Sharingan in the future. Naruto's children might still have the Byakugan. They could just activate and deactivate it.
