Draco starts by getting the ingredients he needs. Draco realized that he might need to head to Neo New York because he was running low on a certain resource. However both him and Celestial agreed that a war was on the horizon too many issues had arouse and remaining a blank slate was safer because both sides would try and recruit them first before trying to kill them.
