Re-reading that chapter today, I thought to myself, Suigetsu believed that the person in their scroll was strong enough to give them control over the entire world. Who could be that powerful? It was definitley a person that was mentioned, and for him to get take over the world FOR them, he would need to be under their spell right? Sounds like Edo Tensei to me.....

So who is that strong?

I am honestly thinking of the Sage himself....with the Juubi resurrected and under Obito and Madaras control, who could be better than him to take control of the situation?

Other possibilities are Hashirama, breaking the RDS, Uchiha clan.

I'm not going to have time to reply, but I'm certain it's not the sage. Going by what you say, Suigetsu should know that Sasuke is going to go speak to the sage, but yet Suigetsu has no idea who Sasuke is talking about. It's most likely a technqiue, most like the IWR.

i like the thought that its the sage because that would change everything, and he could handle the juubi. but personally i think itd be hashi and probably tobirama because they know all about madara and they have an unbiased view of the uchiha clan i guess. to form a truce and actually befriend madara means they know him better than anyone maybe even obito as he only knows what madara wants him to know, not to mention edo tensei is tobiramas tech but madara knows it just as well like wtf? i think the senju bros have been heavily forshadowed and wont be surprised to see them
