Acid is reflected by Byakugo enhanced Temari who deals a double whammy since WCN will be even more powerful as well. If Mei tries to use Hidden Mist Jutsu for sneak attacks, Ino can sense through it and communicate telepathically to Temari and Sakura so they'll always know where Tsunade and Mei are. Ino can also jack Tsunade's Katsuyu with Mind Transfer if she is summoned so Team 1 can have up to 2 5% Katsuyus.

Temari and Sakura pull it without Ino. Mei can't kill Sakura, and Sakura can stalemate or beat Tsunade. Mei can't use acid or mist, because Temari scatters it, and Acid Wind isn't the nicest thing. Temari wind deflects everything she has.

Temari is a bad matchup for Mei. It's safe to assume Sakura can do everything Tsunade can, and she has more battle experience, so I'll go with Sakura. Add Ino and they Mid Diff. Without, Extreme Diff, Either Way
