Kabuto followed Orochimaru like a lost puppy. If Orochimaru found Shisui Kabuto would have known.

How did he screw him? He thought that orochimaru was dead and wanted to BE him

Those are wrinckles from the angry face he is making. And around the eye is only so wrinkly because he has those things holding his eyes open
