The Hooded guy is Shin's Father right?

So I wanted to show my friend the new manga because he's behind and I can't find the scan where shin says the hooded guy is his father! I know I had seen it. I went on manga stream and manga panda but I guess they changed it......

Does anyone have the scan? Really appreciate it.

But he may not be a biological son, it just means the guy raised him. Technically he may be referring to another guy, but given what we've seen, probably not
