These are holy elements.

Ama comes from the Uchiha who are 1/2 Rikudo.

The Inton lighting comes from Kaguya and Juubi and are holy.

The Tornados are from Juubi's Tenpanchii.

The water is from Hagaromo himself.

The Sphere is made of earth from Chibaku Tensei, while a gravity tech, results in huge earthly structures.

Chibaku Tensei has absolutely nothing to do with Earth Element. He is creating singularity that sucks all the materials lying around and compresses them into a sphere.

And that water example does not make sense at all. That is not even a jutsu.

It's not a Jutsu. It's just Holy Water with mystical properties.
