Most people i knew anyway agreed this was genjutsu but there are some that dont think so, so i might as well try to clear some things up.
First clue is the dramatic emphasis on the eye. You cant just say this is some pointless drawing by kishi

Second obito is stating himself that kakashi could have killed him. If kakashi cant raikiri him through the heart how could that stomach shot kill him. Obito confirms his mortality basically.

Third note when we first see rin and kakashi the initial "flashback" is taking place in the kumui dimension. Correct me if Im wrong but thats a pretty good sign seeing how ya know kakashi and rin were never in the kumui dimension.

Obito is just trying to prove a point to kakashi that he wont change his ideals. Basic mind F***ing techniques.

Obito does not confirm his mortality. Obito plays along and reconfirms that kakashi has no guts due to guilt. Obito isnt immortal, id compare his body to hidan. Body can be destroyed however separate parts still functional and alive.
Remember zetsu is artificial body with huge life force. It could fuel 10 sharingans w/o eye sockets, it forms a face of hashirama, zetsu dont even have soul etc.

Basically i think obito can take chidori to the chest and wont even tickle
