The Gokage are completely and utterly annihilated by Hashirama. For them - total humiliation. Now, if I momentarily disregard Shodai, you're left with: Tobirama, Sarutobi, Minato, Mū, the Nidaime Mizukage and the Sandaime Raikage (all Edo). Now considering that of these six, only two have revealed or employed a legitimate sealing technique (Shiki Fūjin), and that of those two, one is able to use the Shinigami's power in conjunction with the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, i'm seeing only one team which can actually win this fight.
You could change the match ups even. Hashirama vs the Edo Kage; the remaining Hokage vs the Gokage. Strictly speaking, the first fight won't end since Shodai's arsenal doesn't bear recognized Fūinjutsu - the latter is unlikely to result in a win for Tsunade and co despite Tobirama and Hiruzen's underwhelming feats. Edo perks and limited sealing techniques (on the Gokage's part) probably swing things in the Hokage's favour. I suspect that this fight would've been slightly more interesting had you given The Kohaku no Jōhei to the Sandaime Raikage, even though he wasn't in possession of the pot at the time of his resurrection. At least then his team wouldn't be so over-reliant on Gaara's Sabaku Sōtaisō to seal away the Edo Hokage.
A win for the Hokage in the end.
