4.-minato(ftg,self developed jutsu, rasengan, grate hype
5.-Tsunade(master best medic,immortal tech,superhuman strength

why i have tobi>minato cause his chakra pool is much more powerful and obvi larger minato died too early to be the next tobirama though he suceeded in ftg at tobirama, but minato lack the experiance battles time reaction and quick thinking of tobirama also the varies of jutsu tobirama can do. minato is not 1 compared to the 5 tobirama, if u ask me there both 5. well but if in a actual death battle how can minato stop a warren states era hokage level killer ninja who dosent have the means to hold back

why hiruzen above him cause in the anme they stated hes extreamly powerful and knows minato jutsu style agin minato loese to experience and lack of array of jutsu

Ahh no,just because Kishi forgot to come and whisper in your ear all the jutsu Hiruzen,Minato or Tsunade could do ,doesn't mean the order is right.Hiruzen ,minato and Tsunade are highly underestimated because their jutsu syle hasn't been ever explored in detail.Also,I don't think Minato can do only the rasengan or FTG and a limited no.of jutsu...the dude had a flee on sight order against him...that's really something..Though Hashi and Tobi will remain on the first and second i think..

Im almost certain that Hiruzen 10 years younger was stronger than Tobirama. Im certain that hiruzen currently is stronger than tobirama.
