Lots of people to blame here but mainly Black Zetsu, Tobirama, Danzo and Minato. Black Zetsu basically manipulated everyone, Tobirama was a huge d--khead towards Uchihas, Danzo didn't believe in Shisui so he stole his eye in the most painful way and also wanted Uchiha power for himself, Minato just didn't pay attention to the Uchiha so they got loose.

Tobirama started it, and Hiruzen was too busy fapping over Minato, Oro and jiraiya to notice the troubles brewing, or danzo's scheming

Uchiha's have mental disorders so a coup was inevitable

No it wasn't all Uchiha wasn't like that that coup started because of segregation Tobirama did there was no Madara followers till he did that.

Tobirama played a big part but the fault lies with mianto to said he should have done more but he did not like he stated


But logically it's sarutobi he allowed danzo too much power and free reign which led to the tipping point

How is it Minato's fault? All he said was that had he not died, he might have been able to do something. Minato had nothing to do with the Uchiha incident.

OT: while both sides are at fault, the Uchiha clan decided to put their ambitions over the village, and were content with sacrificing the entire leaf village, including the citizens, as well as the entirety of the land of fire (as their coup would have been cause for other nations to attack) just to give themselves more political power. There is no evidence to suggest that they tried to negotiate before trying to start a rebellion. The Uchiha clans superiority complex overrode their comrades and their village, all because of an misguided sense of entitlement. They decided to put their faith in some tablet that they had no idea who wrote it, as opposed to their village. Like I said both sides, Hiruzen/Danzo and the Uchiha are at fault, but in no way, shape, or form are the Uchiha victims.
