As several other members have already stated, Konoha is undergoing some command changes. Because this is a relatively serious RP modification, I can assure you the proper people are working on it. Just sit tight for the time being.^^

Konoha is a fail village in general, not saying i don't want to get in but come on! Assign a hokage that won't come 6 months later and say "Derp, konoha? Where have i heard that before?", no only the hokage but the people close to that position have left too or went inactive, i mean seriously, how many people does konoha have? I rarely see konoha ninjas, only about 5 of them are active and i can't say they're too impressive either.
