The Hokage on NB

Who is the Hokage? I've submitted an app to get accepted into Konohagakure but from what I seen the current hokage isnt fulfilling his duties. Who is the overseer when this sort of thing happens? How long is the Hokage going to remain MIA?

No, it's not Admin's; there is a Hokage, and a kage for every village. I believe the current Hokage is Typhon, but I could very well be wrong on that.

Negative, they are both inactive from what the visitor messages read.

The best thing you can do is put in an application, and ask if Nexus can enter you into the village manually since the Hokage is inactive and it seems the second in command is inactive too. If that fails as well, then try applying for another village, I'm sure someone will allow you to enter ^^

Izuna and Typhon have both been inactive recently from what I hear. Thats why your application has been siting in purgatory.
