What is a Hokage? Why would a child dream of becoming Hokage? What is the hokage's role? What is the Hokage suppose to do when there are conflicts in the village?

i like what shikmaru said about what the king is and what the hokage is, the king is actually the unborn children that are yet to be born whil the hokage is more like a pawn or knight who has to be first to step forward take on threat to the king
