The Hobbit is one of my favourite books,and I was thrilled at the idea of a.movie.But I heard they are adding new characters made especially for the movie,and changing the story a bit,and now I'm looking forward to.watching it that much hope they don't make like two towers where they added all that unnecessary story they made up and left out tons of good story from the book.

i dont think it can be done

and the silmarillion isnt a sequel, most of it happens thousands of years before LoTR or the Hobbit
