Itachi can keep his susanoo active as long as he wants to
Minato and Tobirama have nothing to break it (unless you can provide scans where rasengan destroyes a mountain)
and even if they could destroy his susanoo (which is an impossibility) he could just turn it on again due to his edo haxx unlimited chakra
he can spam amaterasu and tsukuyomi as well
1on1 it would be a stomp against both however since they are fighting him 2on1 they can take it to mid-high diff

Does that change the fact that it was still separated? No. Does them being outside or inside have any bearing on the effect of a space time ninjutsu that teleports objects away? No.

Itachi wasn't being touched so he won't get teleported away.

Those examples were refuted my manga ever since it was shown that Susanoo and its user can be separated.
