Lee probably had higher foot speed than Haku in part 1; i won't even argue about part 2 Lee's speed compared to Haku. Also Lee trolled Sasuke's sharingan better than Haku in speed; and he had his weights on...He ain't sucking on anything mate.

On the topic, i agree but Neji should be included to aswell with Tayuya.
