I'll take a break from tarding Itachi, and gush about some relatively underappreciated high-potentials:
Conclusion: With only a few more years of growth, Kimimaro would essentially have become the culmination of Tsunade's perpetual regenerative abilities, Kakuzu's impentrable ninjutsu armor, Killer Bee's immense bodily skill, and further harnessed the offensive ninjutsu that necessitated Susano'o defense from ninja as perceptive and intelligent as Itachi. This ridiculous potential explains why Orochimaru desired Kimimaro's body on a level comparable to Sasuke and Itachi. And perhaps even more notable to Orochimaru, Kimimaro's powerful vitality (prior to disease) made him a solid candidate to eventually master Sage Mode, which would bring all the aforementioned strengths to a new, insane level.
Conclusion: Essentially, if Haku had improved his speed and his pitiful "1" in taijutsu after a few more precious years of life, he would be a space-time entity with many of Minato's strengths. Namely, incredible analytical intelligence in defeating enemy techniques, untouchable speed, and with the rarely seen pressure-point knowledge... Haku possessed extensive medical knowledge, being able to shut down Zabuza's heart with a senbon, after all. So with even more speed and taijusu skill, his space-time boost, which essentially slowed down the clock to a crawl for him, could destroy practically any ninja. With his intelligence, he could conceivably outsmart the very few ninja with more impressive jutsu, too.
Conclusion: Kidōmaru was only 14, and his stats weren't bad. With a few more years of growth, and perhaps even after losing some of his playfulness with maturity, Kidōmaru could harness his ridiculous kekkei genkai and become a ridiculously powerful ninja. With top tier reflexes, Kidōmaru could shut down practically any opponent with webbing, endure most jutsu with his armor, and escape to long range to deicimate nearly any enemy through their blindspot. Plus a Boss Spider would be awesome. Ultimately, he's a genius with ridiculous bloodline abilities.

- Kimimaro's unique kekkei genkai gave him regeneration comparable to Tsunade's jutsu.
- His flesh, bones, nerves, etc. all regenerated so quickly that he could pull out his own spine mid-battle.
- He was also capable of creating armor underneath his skin that gave him enromous durability.
- With armor, he resisted Gaara's sand coffin without injury (which literally turned other enemies into juice.)
- He was incredibly skilled at taijutsu, and the only ninja to demonstrate a mastery of several forms or "dances."
- He was highly analytical of his opponents, as seen when deducing how linear Rock Lee's style was.
- Sage Kabuto demonstrated Kimimaro's absorbed ninjutsu's power when forcing Itachi & Sasuke to use Susano'o.
- Kimimaro could fuse with his spawned material, essentially making him a bone logia.
- Kabuto claimed that nobody in Konoha could possibly stop Kimimaro.
- Kabuto claimed that Kimimaro was Orochimaru strongest servant (above Kabuto and therefore Kakashi.)
- Kimimaro's feats were during a period Kabuto was medically amazed that Kimimaro could even move.

Haku

- Zabuza said that Haku needed to only see a jutsu once to figure out how to beat it.
- Zabuza said that Haku was stronger than both himself and Kakashi.
- Sasuke, Naruto, etc. all noted after the part one fight that Haku was holding back.
- In part two, we see that [Edo] Haku has sufficient reflexes to counter both Gai and Lee simultaneousy.
- This further proves how much he was holding back against Sasuke and the others.
- Haku's kekkei genkai enhanced his movement with space-time speed.
- His base speed was only "4" in the databook, before being amplified by the space-time aspects of his bloodline.
- If he had improved that score to "5" over the years, his mirror-speed would be boosted hugely.
- Haku possessed medial knowledge allowing him to stop ninjas' hearts with a pin-prick.
Conclusion: Essentially, if Haku had improved his speed and his pitiful "1" in taijutsu after a few more precious years of life, he would be a space-time entity with many of Minato's strengths. - Neji said Kidōmaru's kekkei genkai surpassed the imagination.
- Kidōmaru's webbings easily incapacitated the entire Rescue Team.
- They're quite durable, as even Itachi and Sasuke opted to use Amaterasu on them.
- Kidōmaru possesses a powerful armor jutsu with similar strength to his webs (quite storng.)
- Kidōmaru is insanely intelligent and analytical in battle, albeit he is arrogantly playful because of this.
- At range, Kidōmaru can remotely direct an arrow into a ninja's blindspot.
- This is a similar technique used by Itachi in closer range with a kunai, which Kabuto said was unavoidable.
- Even to shared users, or Byakugan users in Kidōmaru's case, let alone ninja without extra sensory abilities.
- Kidōmaru was one of the few young ninja to demonstrate talent and knowledge with the kuchiyose.
Conclusion: Kidōmaru was only 14, and his stats weren't bad.
