the hidden villages

the hidden villages arnt very well hidden exept for maybe hidden sound and also konoha(sp?) is more city than a village. why is that?

there is a road that leads right to it and the walls dont hide it really their there to protect it witch i find odd becuase ninjas can climb up walls cant cant they?

takes longer to go up a wall than to just run in and I gues its so they can keep trract of all of the people who are supposed to be in the village by making them go through one entrance.
