It could as easily have been symbolic. A power from the heavens, or even out of this world. xP

wow I cant believe no one has said it yet but here goes.

Hidden star and meteorite are both fillers.
Meaning it is non canon.
Meaning chakra until proven otherwise, does not exist outside of the naruto world.

Just fyi. Nearly every single episode after the Naruto V Sasuke in the anime is a filler. Yeah that was 70+ episodes of fillers in a row.
