This is a good one i was pondering all night so....
This is my concept of what is hidden in this scoll that Suigetsu has found ...its has to be because remember....
Being one of the Sannin, as well as a former member of the S-rank criminal organisation Akatsuki, Orochimaru is an extraordinarily powerful ninja, being Kage-level in his own right. He was also considered as a child prodigy that appeared only once a generation. His skills were so great that during the time of his invasion in Konoha, the Third Hokage feared no one in the village would be able to defeat him or even fight on equal footing with him, even himself, and that Orochimaru was supposedly strong enough to take down a small nation all by himself
So in my opinion i do think that in this scoll it contains the formula Jutsu of the Forrbidden Secrete Jutsu:Time Travel...
Because of a few pointers.....
This has to be linked with what and who Sasuke wants to speak to....
Well i dont wish sound back on my word about it being the Diamyo's....
but anyone should relize now that Sasuke and Oro are going on a Time traveling trip.....
