The Hidden Rock Village and The Hidden Mist Village

When are we going to see more info/history of those 2 villages? I am getting tired of Sand Village history all the time. Kishi has exposed more of the Hidden Cloud village (finally).

I wonder what the first and third mizukage look like/are. We also have to see 1st and 2nd kazekage along with 1st tsuchikage. Need to see 1st and 2nd Raikage in action too.

Based on the current release of the manga, is it safe to say that the hidden sand village is the weakest of all the villages?
